ASSEMBLEIA GERAL ORDINÁRIA – CONVOCATÓRIA
Em conformidade com as disposições legais e com os artigos 21.º e 22.º dos estatutos do Clube, convoco todos os sócios para a reunião da Assembleia Geral Ordinária, a decorrer no dia 17 de abril de 2021, às 21:00 horas, com a seguinte ordem de trabalhos:
1 – Apresentação e votação do relatório de atividades e relatório de contas relativas ao exercício do ano civil de 2020;
2 – Apresentação e votação do plano de atividades e orçamento relativo ao exercício do ano civil de 2021;
3 – Marcação do período eleitoral dos órgãos sociais do Clube;
4 – Outros assuntos de interesse para a Coletividade.
Se à hora marcada não houver quórum, a Assembleia funcionará trinta minutos depois, no mesmo local, com qualquer número de sócios e a mesma ordem de trabalhos.
Considerando o contexto de pandemia, a reunião da Assembleia Geral decorrerá por meios telemáticos, adotando o regime de assembleia virtual. O acesso telemático à respetiva reunião deve ser solicitado através do endereço de correio eletrónico do Clube (geral@bcvr.pt) até ao dia 16 de abril de 2021.
