ELEIÇÕES PARA O TRIÉNIO 2021-2024
CONVOCATÓRIA PARA O ATO ELEITORAL
Em conformidade com as disposições dos Estatutos do Clube e tendo em consideração as decisões tomadas na sessão da Assembleia Geral de 17 de abril de 2021, venho por este meio informar os sócios do BCVR que:
1 – O Ato Eleitoral dos corpos gerentes para o triénio 2021-2024 está marcado para o dia 22 de maio de 2021.
2 – A Comissão eleita para o Ato Eleitoral é composta pelos sócios Carlos Alberto Ribeiro Lima, José Manuel Leonardo e Ricardo Jorge e Silva Bento, designados conforme os Estatutos.
3 – Em conformidade com o artigo 48º dos Estatutos, o período para a apresentação das listas concorrentes ao ato eleitoral termina no dia 5 de maio de 2021, devendo as listas concorrentes apresentar toda a documentação prevista no artigo 47º dos Estatutos, dirigida à Comissão Eleitoral através do endereço de correio eletrónico geral@bcvr.pt.
4 – Dado o estado de pandemia, este ato decorrerá por meios telemáticos, sendo por isso necessário que todos os sócios com direito a voto façam previamente a sua inscrição, através do endereço de correio eletrónico geral@bcvr.pt, impreterivelmente até ao dia 20 de maio de 2021, de forma a obter a sua credencial para o exercício do seu direito, bem como todas as instruções para o ato. Estão garantidas todas as condições previstas no artigo 41.º dos Estatutos, designadamente a confidencialidade do voto.
